Return for refund. Measurements are NOT EXACT. There is no standard length x width x depth in the product description, and the inner plastic frame does NOT fit, it is too small. It comes with a package of screws, but it's only held in place by a total of four screws. This is where the inner frame becomes a very important part of this product. THIS IS THE ONE THING THAT HOLDS THE TOP (exterior, lid and metal frame, fan and whole unit) in place! I'm more than disappointed. No amount of butyl tape will stop this device from shifting and leaking as it's the only thing holding it in place!
