The description below states that the set contains 12 interchangeable straps, 12 clasps and 6 silicone locking rings. NO mounting rings. I called support to ask about it. I was told they were just accidentally left out of my package. They sent a replacement. It also has no silicone ring closures! I called customer service again and just got a refund. The rings aren't actually there. The Revain representative asked me to give them a week to correct the description before writing a review. I gave them 2. It still says 6 silicone locking rings are included! I wanted the description to have ties and rings to secure it so if it came loose it wouldn't fall off. The groups are great. They fit my Alta Fitbit but the description is misleading!
