Good for a while, not durable. I recommend only buying snapware or hand wash.
We have been using Pyrex glass containers with plastic lids at home for over 5 years. Now we only wash them by hand because the lids gradually become brittle and eventually the plastic cracks because it no longer has enough strength to snap onto the jar without breaking. Once these cracks have formed, they no longer retain their tightness. When new they do not leak unless there is liquid in the container and the container is left upright at room temperature. So far we have been much happier with the quality of the lids on our Snapware containers, which seal better and feel more durable. We also started hand washing these lids as we had no luck with Pyrex plastic lids.
