I bought these medium sized shirts for my husband and they fit perfectly. The cotton is soft but still nice and thick and seems like it will last a while without losing its shape or tearing with wear. .Color variety is also good, all colors are consistent with the photo, nothing has leaked and nothing has shriveled. My husband is 5'9", 185-190 pounds, athletic build with large biceps. around his biceps is comfortable and looks really good. The collar is thick and looks like it won't stretch anytime soon. did not fit. But as mentioned above my husband is in good shape with a small waist and no stomach so these shirts seem made for that body type. If you have a belly or extra fat I would go up a size if you don't want it to be snug. With that in mind, if you want to hide yourself, the fact is that the fabric on these shirts is thick enough in the stomach area to hold their shape and not snag on anything you might be hiding.
