The assembly was quite easy. It had a fair amount of parts and was easy to assemble. The screws (but no washers as per the instructions) were already in their holes so I just unscrewed them, put the part in and screwed it down. When everything is assembled everything seems to be well and tightly assembled. Nothing rattles, all moving parts of the armrests feel solid, the backrest adjustment works great, everything is secure. I was glad that everything looks exactly as shown in the photos and videos. (I'm not a professional photographer, so I'll skip the photos on this one.) I wanted the racing-style high back to encourage me to sit up straight, but I didn't want anything. Gaming (I mean, I play games, but I don't want to cut myself on the *edge*.) The blue here is a nice balance that doesn't look too out of place in my home. I was thinking of white, but I feel like this material (not quite leather) can make my cat's hair fly all over her body. There are lots of good seat angles, great adjustable armrests, and the back cushion is soft and supportive. . The neck pillow was a little low at first, but after releasing the little switch on the back, the strap slides right over the top of the chair and fits perfectly. The only cheat I've experienced so far isn't common at all, but sitting in the same position for a long time with bare skin pressed against the fabric of the chair can cause the exposed skin to sweat a little. Just put a small soft cloth inside when you need it and you're good to go. Overall I've had some postural neck issues in the past - this setup allows me to relax more than ever. and (aside from the occasional pause) no need to focus on maintaining good alignment. I never realized how much something like this could do on a day-to-day basis until I used the Klim chair for a week and then tried going back to my old office chair. This chair is superior. It's totally worth it.
