--Updated--- Below is the original review which I gave 3 stars. But Glencor's customer service has been fantastic. I emailed them about the problem and they sent me a new set of trays. And because this issue seems so rare (I didn't find any other sticky reviews), I would trust this company 100% with my money going forward. ---The design of this box is beautiful and modern. I love the minimalistic look, the interior and the velor and it looks great on a shelf in my remodeled closet. However, it is very frustrating when I can easily lift three trays and then have to open the fourth. I literally hold it all in my hands and try to recognize it without scattering jewelry everywhere. If I have to dig my nails between the trays, I worry I'll be calling Vinyl every time. Wanted to give 5 stars but yes. Especially since one of the most appealing features of this box was the ability to purchase additional trays, and now I'm too hesitant to spend $20 on something that might not even fit.
