I have used several different pen combinations and I like this one better. The fact that the pen goes through the stylus makes it easy to switch between them, which I often have to do for work. I got a metal pen with a stylus on the other end and it's annoying to keep turning the pen to switch between pen and stylus. Eventually the stylus will break and you'll have to use a new stylus, but imagine what your finger would look like if you tapped the touchscreen all day. Years ago I experienced numbness and tingling in my right index finger all the way up to my shoulder from typing on touchscreens all day. After using them I no longer have this problem.
