This product is great for working out and going to the gym. BUT to use this particular phone holder you need to remove another phone case/screen protector from the phone which is a red flag to me. So remember that if you decide to buy this product you will have to make your phone vulnerable to put it in this bandage and then put the case back on after you are done with this product. This product MUST get 5 stars if it has room to keep our phone in a case and easily slip it into a bracelet.
