I'm a truck driver in Georgia and often start work between 1am and 4am, usually in my 30s and sometimes in my 20s. Me needed insulation that fit long enough to tuck in and didn't feel weird, and surprisingly it was long enough (a bit big, actually). I'm 6 feet 4,255 pounds. I wear a size 50 jacket and 3XL fits me too. big. I think 2XL would be perfect. It's light and thin, but it does the job! I wear it along with a Sherpa hood and after a few hours I burn out I have to undress (where are those bucks for $$$$$$$$$ lol) A reliable buy if you ask me
