My son had to read this for a book launch. I usually buy the paperback, audio and Kindle versions when he needs to do such tasks to keep excuses to a minimum. I can say hey work on the book report whether we're at home or on the road lol. he hates it Since we waited until the last minute to work on his summer reading project, I ended up listening to the Audible version and reading most of it with him on the Kindle app while we were out. I have to say that this is a very good book. My son and I enjoyed this. We had a lot to talk about. I found this book very helpful even to prepare him for his first day of school. We live in a culture where you face many challenges if you are different. The funny thing is, we're all different, some might fit in a bit better, but I think we all had some or a lot of the feelings that the little protagonist in this book had! Great growing up for kids! I liked this little Zinkoff because he reminded me a lot of growing up and he has a lot in common with my son. Excellent read! Read with your children.
