Choose this set because it is advertised as a bath (I don't normally use polygel as most of them come off). This set is easy to use if you are familiar with nail modelling. Luckily, this polygel is nice and soft and easy to shape with 90% alcohol. I chose sculpt molds instead of double molds and they are easy to set up (60 seconds under a 36w lamp). I've also used polish as an insert + overlay (base coat, then glitter and confetti, then clear poly gel over natural nails) and found that the polish isn't really 100% clear. This slightly distorted the color of the glitter underneath. Keep this in mind when purchasing this for clear polygel. (The color shown is salmon pink.) Also, the colors in the set are beautiful and mostly translucent. One of the pinks (04) is opaque but still a soft pink. They seem quite light and comfortable, and are easier to file than acrylic paints. If you are a beginner, take your time, do a little research and practice with plastic nails first. Also remember that double nail extensions aren't really the most reliable way to build nails, so try artificial or natural nails instead, or use double nail extensions for shorter nails. Cake. After trimming and thinning, I soaked them in the removal clips for 15-20 minutes and they came right off. If the polygel resists at all, soak longer - do not tear off, otherwise it will take part of the nail with it. Basically the set is good. I took off one star because the dual shapes didn't really fit my nails and the clear gel wasn't clear. But other than that, it's a good polygel soak kit.
