Review on NuLOOM HCTR01B Flatweave Tassel Amalia by Katie Gibson

I was glad to get this rug because the fringes make it different from the normal jute rug. Don't waste your money with this choice! The fringes/tassels have come undone and a strand has even come out. The jute in the middle wears out and "sticks out" in different parts of the carpet. This of course didn't happen within the return period and then COVID hit and it was next to impossible to contact anyone. I've been contacting support for the past few months and they've sent me some instructions on how to fix these known issues. The rep I spoke to was very nice but was only able to send me a textbook and was unable to pick up the rug or let me choose another. If I follow the "fix" it will never end! . view photos
