Fit is set to 3 for the following reasons: I I have Bought a size 14 because it's skinny - my son normally wears a size 12. They are very uncomfortable, tight in some places and loose in others. Maybe its shape, but I think it's more of a pant cut. They were quite long and a bit baggy at the waist, which I expected given the size. All in all I think they worked as intended :) and I think after washing he can wear them to play so we'll benefit from that.
