Poor quality control
Poor quality control. The bottom of the Bullet Cocktail Shaker was not flat. So he swayed without having any liquid in him. This alone rendered it 100% unusable and useless. The copper plate was not symmetrical = one-sided, why didn't some check that before shipping? Someone asked to refund my money and let me keep the product but I refused to keep the product and asked for a refund.
