Great for HIIT: my feedback

I’m really impressed with this 12lbs Slam Ball. It has a textured tire surface, making it easy for a good grip and especially nice for sweaty hands! It really prevents any slippage during a good HIIT workout. Being filled with sand, it stays put when being slammed to the ground preventing it to bounce back or roll away.I have also incorporated it into my low intensity routines making it ideal for squatting, over-head lifts, wall-sits and ab workouts. It’s a great buy and priced just right in my opinion.
