Slammy slam slam good for me

Great slam ball. Does just what I need it to do! Yes there is space in it, there should be so it doesn't bust. So dont mess with. This is a SLAM ball. NOT a medicine ball.

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • May not be the best option for individuals with limited range of motion

Great Fitness Addition

Great fitness ball and perfect weight. Actually a lot more quiet than I thought it would be when I slammed it I was quite impressed and the tire looking rubber grip makes it to where you can hold the ball easily getting plenty of grip to slam the ball down. Overall great product I would definitely recommend

Pros
  • Easy to Grip - The ball's innovative design makes it easy to grip and handle, even during the most intense workouts. This feature prevents unnecessary injuries that can arise from losing grip
Cons
  • May not be durable enough to withstand repeated use

It’s like a Dodgeball that ate Really Well! Haha!

I love innovation and this is definitely it! This ball is made with care and built to last. It arrives Complete. Just take it out of the extremely well packed box and it’s ready to slam, lift and even toss it around with a friend. This ball can add an entirely new level of fun to working out. I would recommend it to everyone! I received the 12lb ball to Review for the Vines Program but, you can buy any one of 10 different sized balls, to the entire set, ranging from 6lbs to 50lbs. I’m happy to…

  • Gyroscopic Hand Exercise Balls
Cons
  • May not be the best option for individuals with balance issues

Best Slam ball I have ever used

The gym I go to has a nice assortment of slam balls but with the smooth surface after a while they become hard to pick up. This has a nice Styled Surface that allows for better grip when working out well worth the money.

Pros
  • ‎12 Pounds
Cons
  • May be too heavy for pregnant or postpartum individuals

It's got a good grip!

Damn it's great for working out!I ordered a 50 pound one. Just carrying it and moving my body with it is superb. ‎Slam Ball!

Pros
  • ‎Slam Ball
Cons
  • Can be difficult to use properly without proper instruction or guidance

Like a rubber medicine ball filled with sand

I like the slam ball, I've used it to replace my medicine ball in my work outs. The sand gives it some extra resistance, and it has a heavy texture so it's easy to grip. My one complaint is the rubber on the outside is a bit slicker than I'd like. At times I feel like it's going to slide out of my hands, despite the ridges.

Pros
  • ‎Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • May create an unpleasant odor after repeated use

Let's work those muscles

So this ball is "heavy". It's been awhile since I've exercised and I love using this balls to help tone up my arms. It didn't come with any exercises that you can do with them but you can always do a search. You can have two or more people in a group using this ball. This was a good idea for me.

Pros
  • Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • Can be difficult to clean after use

Unpredictable, and probably not the safest to exercise with

I was looking up medicine balls and saw this. I thought it was a medicine ball, so I guess I don’t understand what a "slam ball” is. It is too hard to exercise with, as the inside is loose sand. When you throw it in one direction, it takes the sand a moment to catch up, before it throws the full weight. It’s too hard on the body, To have some thing with such unpredictable weight continuing to move when you believe it to be stopped. I definitely would not recommend it as a exercise ball.

Pros
  • ‎8 x 15 x 15 inches
Cons
  • May not be the best option for individuals with back pain or spinal injuries

First slam ball - my new review

So far so good! It’s exactly as stated. Getting some decent workouts in with this. No complaints so far! May not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions.

Pros
  • ‎Rubber
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions

Nice solid ball. Very grippy. Rugged. Sturdy.

Super grippy and solid. I like the center of gravity it has - it's different feeling than a hunk of metal. It's comfortable to work with if you wear the right gloves that help improve your grip.

Pros
  • ‎Adult
Cons
  • Can be difficult to grip if hands become sweaty during use

Great for HIIT: my feedback

I’m really impressed with this 12lbs Slam Ball. It has a textured tire surface, making it easy for a good grip and especially nice for sweaty hands! It really prevents any slippage during a good HIIT workout. Being filled with sand, it stays put when being slammed to the ground preventing it to bounce back or roll away.I have also incorporated it into my low intensity routines making it ideal for squatting, over-head lifts, wall-sits and ab workouts. It’s a great buy and priced just right in my

Simple, easy to use, effective.

This slam ball reminds me of those rubber balls that we used to play with on the play ground in grade school. except its filled with sand. and it doesnt bounce.I got the 12 pound Slam Ball. It's a good weight for me because the exercises seem to start out pretty easy to do, but then quickly become more difficult through repetition. Often stuck at my desk, this is nice to keep handy for a quick few reps of something while seated in my chair. or if I'm really feeling it, just stand up and get…

Pros
  • ‎12 LBS
Cons
  • Can be too intense for individuals who are not in good physical condition

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Durable, grippy, and tough.

I like this a lot. It's way better than some of the cheaper ones at the gym, and it works great. It has a really heavy duty outer coating / shell that has a lot of grip to it. The ball is just heavy enough and sand-filled enough that it doesn't bounce back much.

Pros
  • Convenient Workout - The Easy Grip Fitness First Crossfit Slam Ball offers you an easy way to train quickly and efficiently, making it ideal for busy individuals
Cons
  • Can be straining on the wrists if not used properly

Revainrating 4 out of 5

All is well but wish it was less smooth

This rubber is a bit to smooth, almost feels like there is a thin chalky layer so you have to rely ok the nubs to maintain the grip at this weight (40). thats the only complaint I have.

Pros
  • ‎Black
Cons
  • May require a certain level of strength to use safely

Easy to Grip in my review

This is the first "slam ball" that I have ever used, and I like it. It is easy to grip and at 12 pounds I can easily use it to work my triceps.I'm looking forward to using it for "twists" with a friend, to help define my waistline. Bottom-line, I'm using it, so it is enhancing my overall well-being.

Pros
  • ‎9.8 x 9.76 x 9.65 inches
Cons
  • Can be dangerous if thrown or dropped improperly
