Review on Wireless Keyboard For Procreate by Joe Taniguchi

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works as advertised

Works exactly as advertised. Pairing is easy and if you turn it off and on again after pairing, it seems to auto-repair fairly quickly. The selection of shortcuts configured to launch is pretty much perfect. I'm not sure what I would change if I chose features myself. This is the same design that you've probably seen on twitter that was for sale on that foreign site a while back, but with a different brand name (I think it was originally something like heypd when they first came out ). The good news is that shipping doesn't take a month like it originally did when you ordered from another website. I think for the $40 price point, that's probably a bit more than I'd ideally like to spend. The keyboard is not very high quality. The whole thing is a lightweight plastic Bluetooth keyboard that someone had the bright idea of reprogramming with Procreate hotkeys and then sticking new labels on it. It even has a slot where it could come with a laptop bluetooth dongle which I believe would normally come with it if not repurposed for Procreate. I think it's more reasonable that it should have cost around $30. Last thing I want to say is that when plugged in, the charge indicator stays on indefinitely, so it doesn't turn off as a charge completion indicator. I can't say anything about the battery life yet because I haven't checked the operating hours. If the battery life turns out to be really bad, I'll update my review later.
