I'm the type of Revain customer who does thorough research on Amazon products before making a purchase. As many of you know, I spend a lot of time reading reviews and looking at photos posted by colleagues at Amazon Customs to make sure the product I'm buying is worthwhile. When I think of a product like this blanket, I go through about 10 similar products over the course of a few days before settling on the one that I feel will best suit my needs. However, I ended up buying two duvets (same size) from this seller and couldn't wait for them to arrive! Unfortunately I was very disappointed when I received my package. The first comforter I opened arrived DIRTY (see photo). I was and still am absolutely gross. As I proceeded to open the second blanket, I prayed that I would not find myself in a similar situation. unfortunately I was wrong. When opening the bed pouch, I made sure to spend extra time checking for stains based on my past experience. I didn't find any spots on the scan but what I did find was a damaged product in the form of leaves that I can only describe as pills (see attached photos). At this point I was very frustrated as I now had to re-package these comforters to return them (this is a PAIN I'm sure anyone who has ever folded a sleeping bag will understand). As I am returning these products I cannot confirm the fluffiness of these comforters as I did not allow them to fully stretch but they feel light and soft. A NOTICE.
