Review on HEEPDD Palette Watercolor Painting Compartment by Tara Ford

I have ordered 3 of these palettes to use with gouache. They were very cheap. Because I let the gouache dry on the palette, the gouache crumbles. The design of this palette with its deep compartments and lid is perfect for preventing gouache crumbs from mixing together if the palette is bumped or tipped. I think it's great that the lid can be used as a mixing area. I'm definitely happy with the design of the palette but not with the product itself. EVERY lid is torn in one or more corners! These palettes are fine for my purposes, despite the issues with the lids, so I'm keeping them. They're fine when stored flat, but they're not a great choice for anyone who wants to transport their paints or want to keep them damp when not in use. Given the condition of the lids, I wonder how these pallets will hold up with normal use. Cracked lids cause pallets to be crooked when stacked.
