The shirt was cream colored. If you look closely, it seems that it has a pink tint. If you put it next to another white shirt, it will definitely look pink. I would have sent it back but my son was in dire need of a white shirt. I tried washing it but it didn't get any better. Luckily he was also wearing a vest so it wasn't that noticeable. I don't know if it was an accident or if it happens often.
