Review on Iced Salad Dome Lid by Prodyne by Richard Edwar

I used it for the first time yesterday at a picnic next door. My area is in Florida. So I really wanted my banana pudding to stay cold and safe to eat. I didn't like that you couldn't attach a travel lid, so I taped Press n Seal to the stainless steel bowl and just wrapped the lid separately. I have to say that at the end of the picnic I was very surprised when there was still ice cream in the bowl! When I get home I usually just throw away what's left of the picnic. Not this time. After more than 3 hours there was still very little ice left and the rest of the pudding was very cold. I used crushed ice, which adhered very well to the bowl when I pressed down and swirled around a bit. I would give 5 stars if the lid somehow snapped open. (Photo after more than 3 hours outdoors)
