These spade terminals are great for terminating wires. If you solder the wires to the ferrule and then cover them with heat shrink tubing you will have a much better connection than using crimp butt joints or holding the wires together while soldering and possibly a cold solder joint and then using tape. Really great for automotive cables that are prone to vibration and corrosion. These are not crimp connectors - use solder.
