Disappointing hydration solution, save your money.

Health and Household shoppers beware: this hydration supplement does not deliver on its promises. After I put it to the test the taste was subpar and did not provide the desired rehydration effect during my workout. The only upside is that it DOES contain necessary minerals.However, the pros do not outweigh the cons as there are plenty of other better options available in the sports nutrition market..
