The mattress topper is great, but Niagara Sleep Solutions is not.
I would give this mattress pad 5 stars if it was just a mattress pad. The mattress topper is fantastic, but the salesperson at Niagara Sleep Solutions was not very pleasant to deal with. I paid for a queen mattress pad with 1 pillowcase. Nothing said it was a free pillowcase or even a bonus, but I didn't receive a pillowcase and the company wouldn't do anything about it. It took two weeks before they finally offered me a $5 refund and they kept trying to say it was a promotion but nowhere did it say the pillowcase was any kind of promotion either free or a bonus but it was Just meant I was buying a queen mattress pad with a pillowcase.
