4/23/20 Upgrade to 5 stars Simply put, the customer service has been amazing. Chris from Springdale contacted me about my scraper and assured me the one I received was defective and promptly sent a replacement. The new one I got was exactly what I expected, the edge was sharp (not razor sharp but sharp). The scraper came off my PEI surface under my 3D print with minimal effort and the scraper length was amazing. fully under the print (particularly useful for large prints). Overall, the tool works without any problems (except for dimming). But the excellent support team will fix it right away so I have no issues. It really lives up to all the great reviews I've read before. I've added another photo of what it should look like and the one I got for reference. The original photo was next to the 1st specimen next to the scraper that came with my ender. ____________________________________________________________________ First Review After reading all the reviews I have come to the conclusion that they work straight away and break like no other scraper I have ever used. . But when it comes to use, the edges were blunt, no edges, they are rounded, my kids safety scissors have more blade. It looks like they tried to sharpen it but the flat end looks a little worn not going all the way through the sharpener. So now I have to grind them myself with whetstones.
