I bought a large case. Size shown and I'm really surprised how much it holds. The top compartment can hold many small items, while the largest zippered pocket can hold 4 pairs of scissors. 2 large, 1 medium and 1 small. The lower dividers slide to conveniently store your items. It's sewn very well (I sew a lot so I'm picky) and the zippers are heavy and fit well. Overall it's not very big, but considering all the small items you take with you to class or field trips, this is a great organizer. I would buy again.
