Seller should offer REMOTE CONTROL ONLY as a cheaper option. Because I don't need the receiver part. And it is the more expensive item of the two. I just installed a new Kichler fan/light in my house. The fan did not come with a remote control other than the wall unit. So I was hoping that this device would work with this Kichler fan without having to replace the receiver that came with the fan. And good news! It worked! Just had to put 4 pins in the same position and install the battery and everything worked great! I just feel like Ali paid way too much as all I needed was a remote control. But there is no option to just buy the remote control. That's stupid. Hence one star for that.
