The bottles arrived in good condition (and I like that the bottle with the dispenser is glass instead of plastic) and the smell is pleasant - fragrant but not overpowering. Please note in the description that the refill is only 1 liter; At the price you would think these bottles would be big, but they aren't. And yes, it is ridiculously overpriced otherwise it would have been 5 stars. This soap has one of those pumps that works simply and generously: it dispenses 4 times more product than is needed for a good lather. I only press it down about a third with my thumb, you don't want to just mash it completely with your palm unless you want to dump most of the product down the drain.
