The ability to set up multiple shifts for my clients at different times of day, allowing me flexibility in scheduling is great! I can also schedule holidays or other events outside regular business hours which helps with overall efficiency.
It's kind of pricey if you're not already using an HR system like Paychex or ADP but it does have its benefits. You are able to see what your employees look forward to most as far as their workweek goes so that you know when they would be more likely to show up late (or early) than others.
