Hollow and not as wide as a real Kitchenaid spatula
I should have been more careful, this is a cheap replacement hollow spatula. It's also not wide enough, leaving a large gap between the top half of the mixing bowl and the paddle. I assume it will break in half if I mix something thick like cookie dough. Save your money and buy Kitchenaid instead. You get what you pay for.
