We were REALLY disappointed with this beautiful teddy bear pendant as the head broke off the body twice. We tried to fix it, but it didn't last long because it's basically impossible to fix a part in a head once it's broken. Gave this to my 9 year old granddaughter for Christmas 2018 and it hasn't been worn most of the time since :(. There is something like an internal 'loop/round part' in the head, which is attached to a small ring/loop is protruding from the bear's neck or body to connect them. This inside of the head has just completely fallen apart and the necklace has hardly been worn. I'm afraid further attempts at attaching the bear's head will be useless. For $28 I am VERY disappointed with the design of this pendant which is beautiful but NOW WEARABLE.
