Can you help me?: my rating

My daughter used it for the first time and after 30 minutes of wearing it, the bear's back opened up and the arms and legs fell straight to the ground. I tried taking it to a jeweler to have it fixed but he said it was a plumb bob and he couldn't solder his gold or silver so it's damaged can you help me with that please? I bought two of these but the silver one had this problem

When I ordered this I thought it might be cute. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised because it was beautiful! My great granddaughter will be delighted. I know it was me

The bear's head was quickly pulled away from the body.

We were REALLY disappointed with this beautiful teddy bear pendant as the head broke off the body twice. We tried to fix it, but it didn't last long because it's basically impossible to fix a part in a head once it's broken. Gave this to my 9 year old granddaughter for Christmas 2018 and it hasn't been worn most of the time since :(. There is something like an internal 'loop/round part' in the head, which is attached to a small ring/loop is protruding from the bear's neck or body to connect…

The chain is a good size and strong. The heart is not as bright as in the picture, but that doesn't matter because the necklace is so charming.

granddaughter loves it!
