i bought two of these cameras i'm definitely not a techie. loaded the camera. Using the instructions and template, drill holes in the correct location. I already connected the camera to the internet which was so easy as the camera actually walks you through all the steps. fixed the camera to the wall. The app was easy, now I can see who is at my front door. great camera. Night vision is very clear. I spent some time studying. I wanted ease of assembly, installation and control. This camera easily meets all my needs. Customer service is very responsive and polite. I checked the battery and it's still fully charged, so it looks like it's having issues with the second camera. a replacement was sent. excellent customer service. would definitely buy from this company again
