The bottom (seat) of the cushion cover does not fit well

We have a Lazy Boy 3 seater sofa with armrests and two adjustable backrests. I was so excited when I found a range of adjustable daybed covers - it's like I've waited over 10 years for a product like this to come to market. However, this first iteration isn't as good as we'd like it to be. First, we noticed that one of the three sections is narrower than the other two, which is perfect for our daybed as the middle section is narrower than the outer two. I couldn't find it in the description or in the installation instructions. Second, the corners of the back of the lower seat cushion don't stay in place. They came up after an initial struggle, but after a few minutes of sitting, they fell out of both back corners. Using foam inserts to hold the fabric in place didn't help. (By the way, we had them in stock, foam inserts were not included). The lower seat covers are long enough but not enough fabric to attach securely to the rear corners of the seat cushions. The included elastic band and buckle secures the center of the seat cushion backrest but not the corners. Tried to attach elastic loops to the corners to connect to the plastic anchor clip - to no avail. So we found matching taupe bath towels to cover each of the 3 seats. Looks good but I don't think this three seater daybed solution is worth the price.
