Please don't worry about your body fat percentage. These scales can't accurately estimate your body fat ratio, and this can be stressful when you're trying to know your BMI. I had a similar scale that also gave me my "BMI" and the percentages were very different. This is to be expected with this type of body composition technology. Just note that while this isn't a real representation, you CAN use it as a basis for whether you're up or down. If you use this scale exclusively, it is consistent for you. Just don't let this scale upset or scare you if it gives you a BMI reading you don't like, it's not accurate and no scale in this price range will be.
