Must buy! Don't buy all the plastic kits. I've already bought two of these and one lasted about six months and the other six weeks. It's junk, and the heat from the dishwasher breaks down the plastic, making it brittle and easy to break. I hope it doesn't break as most of it is metal and it's screwed on rather than just clipped on. I didn't use the guide as it's useless. The photos in the instructions are very blurry and you cannot see what you are seeing. If you have a little mechanical dexterity and common sense you should be able to figure it out and assemble it without instructions. Just take your time and play with it for a while and you'll get the hang of it. Just remove the old ones on a page and you can compare how they should work versus the old ones still on it. Much luck.
