The cap looks good but doesn't have enough resistance to stay in the hex head

I bought two different sets to fill the hex heads on my bike. The smaller version is for filling, the 5mm hex head worked great and you could feel some resistance when you pushed the cap. This one has a much larger cap but there is no resistance when pressing down on the hex head. They don't seem to stay in the screw heads for very long. .
