I like that it has easy integration with other platforms. Very helpful for our marketing team. It also allows us to connect with many different social media networks through their API's. Easy set up process but we do not have much control over how they are managing all of this data (it just logs into everything). Our Marketing Manager uses this to create content specifically designed for video viewers across multiple channels. The ability to use several APIs at once makes life easier when creating new features.
