I like how easy it was for me as an amateur developer with little experience of APIs/SDK's etc., so far everything has been very straightforward! API has been very helpful for us with our video broadcasting solution that we use at work - it's easy enought o get up an running quickly but powerful as well! We can do everything from stream/record directly into their service (which works really nicely) through transcoding of files if needed etc.. Their support team are also great people who always respond promptly when contacted via ticketing system / email so no problems there either :) I would say they could improve some aspects such like

I like that it has easy integration with other platforms. Very helpful for our marketing team. It also allows us to connect with many different social media networks through their API's. Easy set up process but we do not have much control over how they are managing all of this data (it just logs into everything).
