API has been very helpful for us with our video broadcasting solution that we use at work - it's easy enought o get up an running quickly but powerful as well! We can do everything from stream/record directly into their service (which works really nicely) through transcoding of files if needed etc..

Their support team are also great people who always respond promptly when contacted via ticketing system / email so no problems there either :) I would say they could improve some aspects such like adding more customization options especially around branding & colorschemes within player itself rather than having separate CSS file available only after login? But otherwise all looks good! Highly recommended product by any means!! Our main focus was solving issues related to publishing content online while still being able to keep costs low without compromising quality too much compared other services out here currently doing similar things eleswhere else!!
