As the reviews on this vary I decided to find out why. Once installed, this case is efficient and convenient in many ways. The installation is so complicated and the instructions so inadequate that some may never get it right. It requires considerable hand strength and fiddling to make it work. So here's an attempt to help. The case is split from top to bottom towards the middle, i.e. into two upper corners and two side brackets in the middle. After that, insert the tablet from above and reassemble it. all this is difficult. Fold the silicone out and back at the top corners. You will see that there is a thick part and a thin membrane. Keep this in mind as the thin parts are reassembled between the tablet and the back panel while the thick parts are on the outer corner. Go down the sides and separate the two attachments, the right one is where the buttons are. When reassembling, slide the tablet in from the top and reinsert the silicone. This is problematic due to the thin parts that run between the tablet and the back panel and the thick parts that protrude. I put mine together only to find something was wrong with the buttons and had to keep fumbling to get the various pieces together properly; When it is in the right position, the buttons work quite well and are not difficult to use as there is a slight click when pressed.; good luck with it. Ask a strong person for help if you feel this is more than you can handle.
