Aluminum corrosion on manifolds and parts
Less than 20,000 miles. The truck began to vibrate and gradually had starting difficulties. Eventually, the engine misfire light began flashing as #8 stopped firing. Took the cover off and all the aluminum connectors were covered in scaly white corrosion. I replaced it with another identical cap as I had one I bought for my other truck. We'll see how long the new one lasts. After a recent experience with a few other new Delco AC parts I've lost faith in the brand.
