Review on Coffee Mug Warmer Electric Beverage by Cindy Foster

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Keeps my tea hot and warms it up when I've left it without a heating pad!

I got this a few days ago so can't comment on durability. But so far I am very satisfied with this cup warmer. I left my tea or forgot to drink it while I was at work and always found my cup partially filled with iced tea. I have an old mug warmer at work that works great, but I work from home most of the time so I wanted to get a new one for the house. This heater is very aesthetic and works well. The writing on the surface annoyed me a bit, since it wasn't on the product photos, but it's not that bad. I removed the ugly warning sticker from it as there is already a warning on the surface. The heating pad features a touch-sensitive power button on the surface that toggles between Hot, Warm and Off modes. I always use hot (red). It turns off after four hours as advertised, which is a nice feature as I've found my office mug warmer to stay on overnight and over the weekend. Oh! Most importantly, it keeps my tea pretty hot if left there right after brewing, and if I leave it in place and it cools, it slowly heats up, just like my old (and my old office ). still going strong since about 2002!). I didn't measure the time, but it seems like a cold cup heats up in about 20-40 minutes. I've also included photos to show the type of mug I've used that works well with it (the orange and blue mugs in the picture are the same style). The bottom isn't entirely flat, but it still warms up the mug very well. As long as it lasts, I'm very happy! I tested this in the kitchen but plan to use it in the office. I'm thinking of getting another one to keep in the kitchen or dining room!
