Remote Monitoring & Maintenance has become easier than ever! The interface is easy to use. I like how it helps me monitor all devices in my infrastructure at any given time. It also allows us to perform maintenance remotely if needed. In some cases when performing maintenance tasks, I would prefer that we could see what exactly needs to be done but this seems minor compared to benefits of being able to keep our systems up-to-date easily from anywhere. We were looking for an IT solution which allowed us to solve several problems related to keeping our servers updated without having to physically go into each office around the country.
