Review on 👟 Osiris Men's Pxl Skateboarding Shoe: Ultimate Performance and Style by Johnny Nguyen

I bought these and a pair of Osiris (Perils) last January so have had them for a little less than a year now. I wear Pxl to work every day, mostly in the office and in the wood workshop. Out of the 10 hours I work a day, I work about 7-9 hours at the table, so they don't go through a meat grinder. When I get home I take them off and they won't be used until the next business day. All of this is to say that I should have taken them for what they are, ie skateboard shoes, not casual shoes. . I buy skateboard shoes for looks and also for comfort as I have a big and wide foot and skateboard shoes tend to be wider and better looking than Nike or other brands available. However, as you can see from the photos, Pxl shoes start falling apart after about 10 months of wearing. Just below the last laces, where your feet flex, the material is ripped and torn on both sides where the synthetic material meets the sole. I only noticed this today, but now I have holes on either side of both shoes at this point. The toe box is also starting to separate from the rubber tread on the outsole of the shoe in several different places on both shoes. Overall I liked them when I received them and I love their looks; Dark gray and black go with almost everything I wear and they hide dirt and dust very well. I just wish I could get at least a year of it.
