It's pretty cool, I'm a picky reviewer. I acknowledge it.

Okay it arrived yesterday and I just installed it this morning. I like everything except the color, why doesn't the black version fit? There are two things I want to emphasize. One thing I notice is that the tension adjustment doesn't feel very tight. (I think if you twist it too far it will revert to free mode.) I wish it was tighter. However, my monitor stayed in the same place all day. Second are the tiny rubber pads they send you to protect your desk. Why can't they be bigger or consist of a gel element that fits the entire shoe? Why can't there be another one that also protects the lower part of the table?
