Nice closure. Spring-loaded for boss, although it was 2-3 times more expensive than other mounts based on the aesthetics of the device and comments on the total adjustment range. Installed last night and have to say I'm happy with it. The design is thought out to the smallest detail - smooth, but at the same time the control line and the ability to adjust. Installation was easy, it took me about an hour to get up and running - mainly because I measured a million times to make sure the positioning was correct. I also have longer screws because I have an old house with drywall over plaster. So I use screws from HD that were 1 inch too long.
