The ability to customize each module for our specific needs without having code knowledge was perfect! It took some time at first but we were able to have it working within 2 weeks of implementation with multiple people who had different skill sets involved.

We are currently using this solution just like any other SaaS platform would be used - signup login pay bill renewal etc. This product has revolutionized all areas where I previously worked independently or alone which saved significant amounts of work hours across departments/offices.
