I fiddled with it for quite a while, adjusted and adjusted the strap exactly according to the instructions, loosened, tightened, sat for about twenty minutes. After wearing it for about two hours I didn't feel any relief and in fact I felt particularly uncomfortable in it. I would return it but just realized it's non-refundable. Oh.
