Review on Rachael Ray 3-in-1 Vegetable/Fruit Peeler with 🍊 Brush – Orange – Kitchen Tools & Gadgets by Valarie Bennett

So when I bought this I was looking for a vegetable brush. I only have a few vegetable peelers in my kitchen and I'm always on the lookout for one. When I saw this all-in-one I thought - how handy, I'll try it. Well the vegetable brush is good, it's a bit narrow but it seems to clean well. The vegetable peeler is TERRIBLE. Performs micro peels. The paper is thin, it cannot peel off, but peel off. No matter how hard I press, the knife seems to glide across the surface so easily that there's almost nothing to disappoint. I may have gotten used to my other very effective peeler (green in the picture) which removes more peel depending on how much pressure I apply. If you enjoy going over the same area multiple times for an effective exfoliation, this is the scrub for you. If not, keep looking for one that is well made and does the job. Because the brush part works as expected, this item gets two stars as soon as the knife works very poorly - I may have gotten a defective one. It is also worth mentioning that it was much cheaper than all other colors. Possible known defect? You decide.
